“This hotel looks brand new inside and out. And Tolgonai at the front desk is amazing. She was very busy when I checked in, and it looked like she was dealing with a very demanding & difficult guest but she kept a smile on her face and was very professional in the way she handled the situation. Kudos to Tolgonai! The owners and managers should be very proud of her and the way she handles herself.”

“I stay here frequently for work. It is close to the freeway, various shops and food, and the hotel/rooms have always been clean. Service leaves a little to be desired (missing a little warmth or familiarity for frequent travelers) but it’s not a total deal breaker. I’ve always had exactly what I needed and expected with a Residence Inn.”

“We had a great experience at this very comfortable hotel! Our room was ready on time and was extremely clean. We were in a one bedroom which was enormous, and the kitchen was nicely equipped with a full size stove. Our kids loved the pool. Breakfast was excellent too, with a wide range of oatmeal toppings. Very kind people working here.”

“This hotel was our “home away from home” for 2 weeks while my husband was in town for work. We were pleasantly surprised with the spacious rooms. Especially since we have a toddler and she loves to walk! The staff is amazing and took very good care of us! The breakfast is decent, with make your own waffles and iced coffee. It’s walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and right down the road from Kings Island so it’s a perfect place for families! We hope to come back one day!”
